Fairmont Bar - LWC

We pitched for and won the business to design and produce the Fairmont Bar at London Cocktail Week. Fairmont is a luxury hotel group which includes hotels like The Savoy, London and the Plaza, New York. The concept was to take the best Fairmont bars and tastemakers from around the world and bring them together into one bar design. The Concept went into every part of the bar design. Props were picked and sourced, patterns from the original bars became part of the bar menus and colours were chosen from original hotel bars. We even recreated the back bar from The American Bar in the Savoy. The bar was a huge success being one of the busiest bars during the week long event.
